Divide the total number of Emergency Medical Services ' <br /> calls within Orange and Chatham County into the total protection <br /> expense determined in A b determine cost per call. <br /> C. Orange County shall submit to Chatham County by May 15 <br /> of each year the total calls for the prior year and a cost per call. <br /> D. Chatham County shall pay to Orange County the sum of the <br /> z cost .per call times the number of Chatham County calls and any additional <br /> 8. insurance premium cost which would .result from Chatham Ctounty calls.- <br /> 5. The sum shall be paid to Orange County by Chatham <br /> • 1 <br /> County in four quarterly installments, one each 'being due on July 1, <br /> • October 1, January 1, and March 1 following the May. 15 submittal. <br /> 6. This contract shall be effective July 1, 1985, and may be <br /> cancelled by either party upon written notice to 'the other not less <br /> than 90 days prior to the end of the fiscal year which will conclude <br /> with the cancellation of this agreement <br /> :1 <br />
