0.111 <br /> • <br /> 5. The assessments shall be paid in the following manner: <br /> a. Within thirty (30) days after the notice of confirmation of <br /> the assessment roll is published, each owner of the property <br /> may pay his or her assessment in full. <br /> b. Any assessment not paid in full as provided above shall be <br /> paid in fi ve equal annual installments with the first such <br /> installment, with interest, due sixty (60) days after the <br /> date that the assessment role is confirmed, and the <br /> remaining installments, with interest, due on the same date <br /> in each successive year until the assessment is paid in <br /> full. <br /> A public hearing will be held at 7:30 o' clock p.m., on the 6th <br /> day of May, 1985, at the Orange County Courthouse, Hillsborough, North <br /> Carolina, the regular place of meeting of the Board of Commissioners of <br /> Orange County, North Carolina, in order to discuss all matters covered by <br /> the preliminary assessment resolution. <br /> At the time and place above stated any resident of Orange <br /> County or any other interested person may appear and be heard. <br /> This the day of April, 1985. <br /> • <br /> BEVERLY BLYIIIE, <br /> Clerk to the Board of Commissioners for <br /> Orange County, North Carolina <br /> The Clerk to the Board of Canmissioners is, hereby authorized <br /> and directed to cause a copy of this Preliminary Assessment Resolution to <br /> be mailed by first-class mail to each owner, as shown on the county tax <br /> • -4- <br /> • <br />
