0 1 E <br /> A meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Orange County, North <br /> Carolina, was held at Chapel Hill, North Carolina, the regular place of <br /> meeting at 7:30 o'clock p.m., on the 16th day of April, 1985. <br /> Presen t: <br /> Abs en t: <br /> *******************v****************************************************** <br /> The following resolution was read to the Board: <br /> PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT RESOLUTION <br /> FOR THE FINANCING BY ORANGE COUNTY OF <br /> THE LOCAL SHARE OF THE CCSTS OF <br /> PAVING NORTH CAROLINA STATE ROAD #1803, <br /> • ALSO KNOWN AS WILKINS DRIVE, <br /> IN CHAPEL HILL TOWNSHIP, ORANGE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA. <br /> WHEREAS the Board of County Commissioners of Orange County <br /> has received a petition- requesting the paving of North Carolina State <br /> Road #1803, also known as Wilkins Drive, in Chapel Hill Township, <br /> Orange County, North Carolina, which petition has been signed by at <br /> least seventy-five percent (75%) of the owners of property adjoining the <br /> said roads, which property represents at least seventy-five percent (75%) <br /> of the lineal feet of frontage of the lands abutting the said roads, <br /> pursuant to North Carolina General Statute Section 153A-205(c); and <br /> - WHEREAS the Board of Commissioners of Orange County has <br /> elected to finance the local share of the costs of paving the said roads, <br /> as permitted by North Carolina General Statutes Section 153A-185(4) and as <br /> provided for in North Carolina General Statute Section 153A-205; <br /> • <br /> IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT: <br /> • <br />
