Wilkins Drive <br /> is listed on the DOT 1984-85 Secondary Road Improvements <br /> Program. The road is also listed as priority #5 in the Orange <br /> County PPP Program. <br /> 12 of 14 property owners, or 86% of the property owners, owning <br /> 18 of 22 lots have signed - the petition accounting for <br /> approximately 2875.62 feet of frontage or 82% of the total road <br /> ,frontage. - The petition meets the criteria for eligibility to <br /> participate in the program. <br /> • To continue with the procedures, the Preliminary Assessment <br /> Resolution must be adopted and a ' public hearing on the same <br /> scheduled. The Resolution provides for assessment on the basis <br /> of an equal rate per foot of frontage. <br /> IMPACT: Upon approval of the petition the assessment resolution and <br /> assessment roll can be prepared and public hearings on both <br /> items scheduled. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Accept the petition. <br /> Adopt the Preliminary Assessment Resolution. <br /> Schedule a public hearing , on the Preliminary Assessment <br /> Resolution for May 6, 1985. <br />
