Department of Natural Resources and Community <br /> Development regulation which requires a public hearing before <br /> CDBG application is submitted. The proposed activities are: Acquisition <br /> of Real Property, Public Facilities Improvements, Clearance of Dilapidated <br /> Structures and Removal of Rubbish, Relocation Payments and Assistance, <br /> and Rehabilitation of Private Properties.
