The intent statement <br /> • for the CC-3 district indicates, however, that the district is <br /> for limited automobile uses. <br /> IMPACT: . V Amendment of the ordinance would allow motor vehicle sales/- <br /> rentals in the two most intensive commercial districts. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> The Planning Board recommends denial of the request that the <br /> Orange County Zoning Ordinance be amended to provide for motor <br /> vehicle sales/rentals as permitted use in the CC-3 district. <br />
