The developer is <br /> proposing a Class A private road to <br /> serve the 7 lots proposed. A Class <br /> B private road is required to serve <br /> 7 lots. The property is served by <br /> Damascus Fire District. <br /> The addition of 7 lots of this size <br /> will have minimal impact on this <br /> area. The developer will need to <br /> work closely with the Erosion <br /> Control Officer in crossing Price's <br /> Creek.
