It is known as lot 7, Tax Map 120. <br /> There are 7 lots proposed out of approximately 4 acres. Each <br /> Jot is larger than 5 acres. The property is zoned R-1 and is <br /> designated Rural Residential and Water Supply Watershed in the <br /> Land Use Plan. A stormwater management report has been <br /> • received and impervious surface limitations are shown on the <br /> plan . The developer is proposing a Class A private road to <br /> serve the 7 lots proposed . A Class B private road is required <br /> to serve 7 lots. The property is served by Damascus Fire <br /> District. <br /> IMPACT: The addition of 7 :lots of this size will have minimal impact <br /> on this area. The developer will need to work closely with the <br /> Erosion Control Officer in crossing Price' s Creek.
