Teer Company $ 270,476.00 <br /> The low bidder is Mellott Contractors, with a bid of $199,495.00. We <br /> recommend that the contract be awarded to the low bidder. <br /> The bids were higher than our estimate; and we attribute this to the <br /> strength of the economy and the work load of local contractors.
