All parcels have been appraised by Kathy Buck. <br /> The dilapidated dwellings are infeasible for housing rehabilitation. The <br /> appraised value of the units is lower than the estimated cost of rehabilitation. <br /> Under federal regulations, the County must acquire the unit and assist the <br /> families in relocating into standard dwellings. The units were appraised by <br /> Kathk.Buck. Review appraisals were conducted by Nathaniel Holloway, County <br /> Tax Appraiser.
