These <br /> target areas are in need of some assistance either by Community Development <br /> Block Grant or any other funds the County can provide. <br /> More intense study and planning should be done on these target areas <br /> • (especially Rencher Street Area) in an attempt to coordinate various activities <br /> • needed to upgrade these communities. If Community Development Block Grant is <br /> the main source of funding for these areas then studies should be done to obtain <br /> the adequate information needed to apply for a Community Development Block Grant. <br /> 1. <br />
