The purpose of this request Ls to permit <br /> construction of a 32-unit mobile home park. <br /> . . <br /> The property in question' is known as Lot 24A of Tax Map 16 in Eno Township. . <br /> The property is partially located within Lebanon Township in Durham County. <br /> 5.3 acres of the 40.0 acre tract is within Durham County. The applicant. <br /> . is requesting approval of those units wholly within Orange County. A ' <br /> shbsequent request will be made to Durham County for the remaining units. <br /> The property is located within an Agricultural-Residential area as designa- <br /> ted on the Orange County Land Use Plan. ,. That designation permits single- • <br /> family residential housing. The present zoning classification of the <br /> property is Agricultural-Residential (A-R) . The requested designation . <br /> is PD-H-A-R.
