The <br /> Housing/Community Development Department has awarded eleven <br /> housing rehabilitation contracts with eight units remaining to <br /> be awarded in the Councilville Community Development Area. <br /> RECCVIMENDATION: <br /> Approve award of contracts to the low bidders. <br />
