PROCLAMATION FOR TCBLICLBEUTH.REEK (Proclamation is in the permanent <br /> agenda file.) <br /> Motion was made by Commissioner Marshall, seconded by Commissioner <br /> Carey to proclaim April 14-20, 1985 as Public Health Week in Orange County. <br /> Evelyn Lloyd, Chair of the Health Board, announced that open house <br /> will be held on April 19 at noon. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMCVS. <br /> . nriaJZORMEXIMEMILITAMMESEISES(Complete fee schedule is in <br /> the permanent agenda file.) <br /> Jerry Robinson reported that he and the Health Board reviewed the <br /> cost associated with the well and septic program in an effort to eliminate the <br /> existing County subsidy for these programs. <br /> Commissioner Lloyd questioned the well site placement and the present <br /> requirement to obtain a second permit for digging more than one well in an <br /> attempt to get water and suggested changing this permit to a premises permit <br /> instead of hole permit. <br /> Motion was made by Commissioner Carey, seconded by Commissioner <br /> Marshall to approve the fee schedule as recommended by the Board of Health with <br /> there being a one time charge per lot for the well site. The recommended fees <br /> effective July 1, 1985 are as follows: <br /> Well Fee $ 75.00 <br /> TOtal Septic fee $105.00 maximum <br /> $ 85.00 usual <br /> VCTE: UNANIMCUS. <br /> • <br /> 7, SUPPLEMENTAL MATE GRANT-HEAML IMPARTMENT (Recommendation from the <br /> Board of Health is in the permanent agenda file.) <br /> Motion was made by Commissioner Carey, seconded by Commissioner <br /> Willhoit to approve acceptance of $5,000 in Supplemental State money into the <br /> FY84-85 family planning personnel line item and authorize local funds to be <br /> placed in equipment, personnel and mileage accounts as recommended by the Board <br /> of Health. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br /> ,1•.1.o_mw - Axo . kJ k414.14, 4..W4:14,14 (Copy of the <br /> progress report and the preliminary budget is in the permanent agenda file.) <br /> Janet Sparks distributed a progress report for the Child Support <br /> Department and requested preliminary approval of the budget so it may be <br /> forwarded to the Department of Human Resources. <br /> Motion was made by Commissioner Walker, seconded by Commissioner <br /> Carey to approve the Child Support budget as presented. <br />
