This area contains a total of 221 housing units, <br /> of which 64 units are deteriorated and suitable for rehabilitation, 4 units are <br /> 11 dilapidated and should be demolished, and 153 units are in standard condition.23 <br /> A majority of the trailers was in standard condition, but 27 of the standard units ' <br /> need underpinning 24 <br /> Water service is provided in the area, but sewer service is not.
