SCHEDULE A <br />2007 RECREATIONAL TRAILS PROGRAM <br />SCOPE OF WORK FORM <br />Agency /Organization Name: Orange County <br />List Your Agency /Organization's Fiscal Year: July 1, 2006 — June 30, 2007 <br />Project Title: Old Greensboro Highway Haw River Trail Access Acquisition <br />.Amount of 2007 RTP Funds Requested: $75,000 <br />A. Project Description: This project's goal is to purchase the land currently being used as an <br />unofficial river access at the Old Greensboro Highway Bridge and improve the currently <br />dangerous river access methods. This development provides facilities at what is currently <br />the most important Haw River Trail access and maximizes the potential trail <br />improvements conducted by the partnering counties and municipalities of Alamance <br />County Chatham County Saxapahaw, Swepsonville Burlington and Graham <br />B. Contract Period: <br />Should your agency or organization be awarded this RTP grant, you will be expected to <br />complete this project within two years from the date of award of a fully executed contract <br />with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources. <br />Note: Grantee cannot begin work until a fully executed contract is on file with the <br />Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Division of Purchase and Services. <br />C.
