�9� <br />SCHEDULE C <br />••I <br />1 r, r r I .. <br />To complete your RTP application and become eligible for funding, you must submit the <br />following documents with your 2007 Recreational Trails Program application. <br />X A topographic map <br />X A site map <br />X A project description sheet <br />1. ' A topographic map <br />Provide a copy of the 1:24,000 United States Geological Service (USGS) topographic map (or <br />map portions, clearly marked with USGS quad name), which shows your complete project site. <br />Indicate the project boundaries clearly on both maps. <br />2. A site map <br />Provide one copy of a site map of the project itself. The map must have a scale and a north <br />arrow, and the route of the proposed trail or location of the trail facilities must be clearly <br />indicated. If the project involves a combination of new trail construction and trail <br />maintenance /restoration, the locations of these two activities must be clearly marked along the <br />length of the trail on the site plan. <br />3. A project description sheet <br />The attached description sheet will be used to assess the impacts of your project on, cultural and <br />natural resources- -its accurate completion cannot be overemphasized. If it is not completed, your <br />application will not be considered for funding. <br />Schedule C - Information <br />
