He said easements will probably <br /> be purchased in some areas. <br /> Chair McKee said it was his understanding that a lot of this work was done by <br /> volunteers. <br /> David Stancil said the funding is based on the assumption that there will be trailheads, <br /> boardwalks, etc., for which the County pays.
