• <br /> • <br /> • <br /> LEASE AMENDMENT <br /> This Lease Amendment (the "Second Amendment") to that certain Lease <br /> Agreement, dated August 6, 1982, as amended by an Amendment dated August 11, <br /> 1982, April 11, 1983 and November 22, 1983, (together, the "Lease"), by and <br /> between the Town of Chapel Hill, as Lessor (the "Town") and the County of <br /> Orange, as Lessee (the "County"). <br /> In consideration of the mutual covenants and conditions set forth below, the <br /> Tbwn and the County agree as follows: <br /> 1. The Town also leases to the County, <br /> additional Leased Premises thereunder, pis the Lease <br /> na addition to the premises <br /> described in Paragraph 1(a) of the Lease and <br /> Amendment, the following additional premises: <br /> August 11, 1982 <br /> The eastern half of the second floor, containing 1450 square feet. <br /> 2• The lease of the additional premises described in Paragraph 1 of <br /> this Amendment shall commence on October 1, 1984, and shall extend <br /> through July 12, 1985.
