It is known as lot 8, Tax Map 37B. <br /> There are 9 lots proposed out of approxi- <br /> mately 16.16 acres, Each lot is 1.5 acres <br /> • or larger. <br /> The property is zoned A-R and is designated <br /> Agricultural Residential and Rural Residen- <br /> tial in the Land Use Plan.
