Section <br /> 163-1 et seq. <br /> 2. The date and time for the elections set out above shall be <br /> May 7, 1985, between the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. <br /> • 3. The Orange County Board of Elections shall cause a notice <br /> to be published in the Chapel Hill Newspaper on March 8, 1985, <br /> advertising the election as provided by law and advertising the fact <br /> that all unregistered voters in the White. Cross Fire District must <br /> register by April 8, 1985, in order to be eligible to vote in the. <br /> election. <br /> 4.
