Summey,Jr <br /> Preliminary Plan <br /> • Staff presentation was made by Kirk. <br /> The purpose of this agenda item is to <br /> consider approval of the Preliminary Plat <br /> for the property of Warren S. Summey, ATr. <br /> The property is located in Eno Township <br /> orMiller Road (SR 1554) and is known as lot <br /> numbers 32B and 32E of Tax Map 8. There are <br /> two lots proposed, one lot , being 1.7982 <br /> acres in size, while the other is 2.8331 <br /> acres. Both lots have State Road frontage. <br /> The property is zoned A-R and is designated <br /> • Agricultural-Residential on the Land Use <br /> Plan.
