The current Zoning. Ordinance allows the location of extractive uses • <br /> upon issuance of a.Special Use Permit in the following zoning districts: <br /> • • <br /> • • <br /> • <br /> • <br /> Residential Districts (AR through R-13) <br /> General' Commercial-IV <br /> Industrial Districts (I-1 through 1-3) • <br /> Agricultural-Services <br /> Economic Development <br /> • <br /> • <br /> It is desireable to limit the location of extractive uses. to the two <br /> base residential districtS, (Agricultural-Res;identiAI and Residential <br /> and to the industrial districts (Industrial-1,2,3) and to prohibit <br /> these uses in the remaining residential And commercial districts. <br /> IMPACT: This amendment, if approved, would prohibit extractive uses as <br /> permitted uses requiring a Class A Special .Use. Permit in the <br /> following zoning districts: Residential-2 through 13, Local Commercial-1 , <br /> Neighborhood Commercial-2, Community Commercial-3 and General Commercial-4, <br /> • Existing-Commercial-V, Office Institutional, Exiting Industrqal , Agricultural <br /> services, EconomiCcDevelopment , Public Interest District, Protected <br /> Watershed 11 .
