AnsExisting ComMercial-V zoning will permit this use. <br /> • <br /> IMPACT: Consideration of this use for non-residential designation in the Zoning Atlas <br /> • <br /> for Cheeks Township would address the concern regarding the current non- <br /> conforming status of this use. <br /> • <br /> Approval of the requested amendment would allow retail greenhouse sales. <br /> • <br /> RECOMMENDATION: That the Zoning Atlas for Cheeks Township be amended as follows: <br /> • <br /> Clarence Wayne Doby (Greenhouse) - Existing Commercial V for portion <br /> of lot dimensioned 200'X 200' including structure measured from <br /> • the southwestern corner along the southern and western property <br /> lines. <br /> • <br /> • <br /> 0 <br /> • <br /> • <br /> • <br /> • <br />
