That all improvements to Alexander Dickson Road be to NC DOT <br /> standards and that engineering plans be submitted to NC DOT for approval. <br /> 2. That Alexander Dickson Road be constructed and completed' prior <br /> to the issuance of any occupancy•permit. <br /> • 3. That Alexander Dickson Road be dedicated to the public following <br /> construction. <br /> 4. That the applicant obtain from the Town of Hillsborough approval <br /> of connection to the Town of Hillsborough's water and sewer system prior to <br /> the initiation of construction activity. <br /> 5.
