Motion was made by Commissioner Carey, seconded by Commissioner Marshall <br /> to appoint Will Ward to the Carrboro Board of Adjustment. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br /> Motion was' made by Commissioner Marshall, seconded by Commissioner Lloyd <br /> to appoint William B.
