Provisions desired by the Sheriff include such areas <br /> as: <br /> 1. Definition of unlawful sexual acts <br /> 2. Licencing of parlors by the County <br /> 3. Permit requirement for massage therapists <br /> 4. Non transferability license clause <br /> 5. Requirement of licensee name, address, social security <br /> number, birth date, height, weight, driver's license <br /> number and State issued, previous employer, convictions <br /> for past five years, a photograph and fingerprints for <br /> each owner, officer, partner, trustee or director of <br /> the business <br /> 6. Information from licensed physician stating the licensee <br /> or permittee is free from any communicable diseases <br /> 7. Specific safety, clothing and sanitation standards <br /> 8. Hours of operation <br /> 9. Penalties for violation <br /> 10. Means and timing for review of the ordinance after <br /> experience has been gained from enforcing what is adopted <br /> 11. And others <br /> Purpose is not intended to denigrate the number of therapeutic <br /> massage establishments where there is no suspicion of illegal or <br /> unprofessional activity. Therefore, exemption would be proposed <br /> for licensed hospitals, sanitariums, nursing homes, medical <br /> clinics, osteopaths, chiropractors and YMCA and YMCA operations. <br /> Mammommmorm. <br />
