The point. <br /> of connecting the two systems and the meter location are left <br /> unspecified pending study by Hazen and Sawyer and approval by <br /> the Town and County. The rate of charge for treatment and the • <br /> number of customers to be covered by the blanket tap fee follows <br /> terms approved•by the Town on June 20, 1984 and by the County in <br /> its December 3, 1984 Resolution. <br /> Hillsborough's Town Council will consider action on the <br /> agreement February 18, 1985. <br /> IMPACT: Agreement terms are in accord with the project budget and <br /> requirements of the Farmers Home Administration. <br /> • <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): Approval. <br /> • <br /> • <br />
