It is known as part of <br /> • . Lot 20, Tax Map 37. •There are two (2) lots proposed, one lot being 5.63 acres <br /> _ while the other lot• is 2.88 acres. <br /> • <br /> • The property is zoned R-1 and is designated 20 year transition In the Land Use <br /> Plan. It is located in the Orange Rural Fire District which is served by the <br /> Orange Fire Department in Hillsborough. <br /> The developer is requesting the proposed road extension to be constructed in <br /> the same manner as the existing private road in the develoiment. The <br /> existing private road is constructed to Class B standards. • <br /> IMPACT: The addition of 2 large size lots to this subdivision would have minilnal <br /> impact on this area. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : That the Planning Board recommends approval with a "Class A" <br /> private road to be constructed from the end of the cul-de-sac <br /> back out to U.S. 70. <br /> 11111111111111111111111m6romm...........- <br />
