A mobile home, <br /> intended for residential use for a Itated period of <br /> time, for purposes of providing for custodial care <br /> under a Class B Special Use Permit or providing tempt- <br /> orary residential space during the installation of <br /> a replacement mobile home or construction of a stick- <br /> built or modular residential unit on the same lot, and <br /> for 30 days after the issuance of a Certificate of <br /> • Occupancy for the permanent residential unit. The temporary <br /> mobile home is not attached to permanent or semi-permanent <br /> foundation. <br /> IMPACT: Amendment of the Ordinance would allow the use of a mobile home on <br /> a:temporary basis during the installation of a permanent mobile <br /> home or the construction of a stick-built or modular residential unit <br /> on the same lot as a permitted use by right requiring only the <br /> issuance of two concurrent building permits. Both structures must also <br /> 'comply with applicable zoning regulations in order for the building/ <br /> zoning permits to be issued. <br /> •c <br /> RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Board recommends that the Zoning <br /> Ordinance be amended to provide for the use of <br /> a temporary residential mobile home. <br /> • <br /> • <br /> • <br /> • <br /> • <br /> „ _ • <br /> • <br />
