The bids received are <br /> , listed on the attached tally sheet. <br /> The Board needs to award four contracts; one each for general construction <br /> •work, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, and electrical. <br /> • <br /> • <br /> IMPACT: Total Project Budget $176,000 <br /> • <br /> Expenditures thru 1/31/85 132,833 <br /> Available for expenditure $ 43,166 <br /> The sum of the lowest bids received for general construction, plumbing, <br /> heating, air conditioning and electrical is $77,806. Additional funds <br /> required above the $3,166 available is $34,640. In addition, there is a <br /> need for an additional $4,000 for graveling the parking lot, landscaping, <br /> grading and signs for the building. This brings the total amount needed <br /> for project completion to $38,640. It has been tentatively agreed that <br /> the outstanding amount of $38,640 will be shared equally by Orange County <br /> and OPC-Mental Health ($19,320 each) . Action by the Board is scheduldd for <br /> • Tuesday, February 5, 1985. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): <br /> • 1) Appropriate $19,320 from the Undesignate.d County Capital' Fund toward <br /> the project. <br /> • ---Continued <br />
