Amend the Definitions of the Orange County Subdivision Regulations <br /> by revising the definition of "subdivision" to traCk the definition <br /> provided in W.S. 153A-335. • <br /> ThetJeflnition currently differs from that contained in the enabling <br /> 2. Amend Section 9.9 Official Zoning Atlas Re of the Orange <br /> ' <br /> County Zoning Ordinance to allow re' l damaged or lost por- <br /> � tions of the Zoning Atlas without requiring authorization 6y rosolu—� <br /> tion of the Board of Commissioners. - <br /> The Ordinance currently requires that all replacements be made only <br /> with specific authorization by resolution of the Board of Commissioners. . <br /> 3. Amend Section 8'8 ' <br /> by <br /> requiring that <br /> for Class A Special Use applications twenty-six (26) <br /> copies of the site plan and for Class B Special Use applications ten <br /> (10) copies of the site plan be submitted, ons <br /> The ordinance currently requires 7 copies of Class A and 20 copies of <br /> Class B site plans which do not meet the needs for project review. <br /> 4. Amend Section 4.3 Permitted Use Table to limit extractive uses as <br /> permitted uses requiring a Class A special Use Permit to the following <br /> zoning districts: Industrial-1, , Industrial-11 , Industrial-Ill <br /> Agricultural-Residential and Residential-1 . ` <br /> Extractive uses are currently permitted in all residential and individ- <br /> ual zoning districts and in the General Commercial-IV zoning district. <br /> 5. Amend Section 8.8.1 Extraction o f Earth Products (C 7 <br /> ass A Special Use)as follows: <br /> a. Amend Section 8.8.1 Additional Information by adding additional <br /> informational requirements for the plan, operations plan <br /> and rehabilitation plan. <br /> The additional information would allow for comprehensive analysis <br /> and evaluation of the proposal . <br /> ��* <br />
