KL - Well, this is a I-Ape that is processed by a private <br /> company in Charlotte that I can purchase the same tape <br /> from the Department of Motor Vehicles but they do price <br /> each car out by its vehicle identification number which <br /> gives me a more accurate pricing of that car because it <br /> does tell me exactly -the information we get on the 1 <br /> listing forms is not complete and sometimes inaccurate. <br /> Q. DW - The increase of seventeen million dollars - is that <br /> total discoveries? <br /> A. KL - that was after bills went out from January 1 until <br /> the last of July -we are processing all of the listings <br /> that came in and that also includes late findings that come <br /> in from February 1 up until July. What I mean is that we <br /> picked up seventeen million after that time. <br /> Q. DW - But that is not the increase for knowing by the <br /> vehicle IDE. We really don't have an estimate of how much <br /> we have increased our take on that. <br /> A. KL - I really can't say how much it increased my listed <br /> vehicles but our total vehicle value was up significantly <br /> this tine. <br /> Q. DW - the only vehicles that appear on that tape are those <br /> that have a license? <br /> A. KL Well all vehicles are on that tape; I only use the <br /> ones that have a license. <br /> Q.
