5 <br /> 4.3/ Recruitment - solicitation of applications. <br /> 4. 32 Salary Range Revision - the raising or lowering of the <br /> salary range for one or more specific classes of posi- <br /> tions within the classification plan. <br /> 4.33 Steps or Salary Range.
