Failure to report an accident involving <br /> County property. <br /> 4. 4 Personal Conduct - The following are examples of <br /> unsatisfactory personal conduct but are in no way <br /> inteded to be all inclusive: <br /> a. Conviction or commission of a crime <br /> involving moral turpitude, or a crime which <br /> adversely reflects upon ability to perform <br /> assigned duties. <br /> b. Willful misuse of County funds. <br /> c. Willfully falsifying job information to <br /> secure appointment. <br /> d. Participation in any action that would <br /> in any way seriously disrupt or disturb the <br /> normal operation of the division, depart- <br /> ?' <br /> ment, or any other segment of County goy- <br /> ernment. <br /> '71 e. Willful damage or destruction of County <br /> property. <br /> f. Willful acts that would endanger the <br /> • <br /> lives or property of others. <br /> g. Reporting to work under the influence of <br /> alcohol or illegal use of drugs, or with <br /> the odor of alcohol, where such would <br /> adversely reflect upon ability to perform <br /> assigned duties, or possession of or par- <br /> taking of such things on the job. <br /> k.
