The Personnel Department <br /> P <br /> provides several program services such as recruit- <br /> ment and selection; Classification and Pay; Em- <br /> ployee Benefits Administration; Performance Evalu- <br /> ation; Equal Employment Opportunity; Employee/Em- <br /> ployer Relations; Workforce Planning; and Position <br /> Management.
