The Chapel Hill Chamber of Commerce has indicated an <br /> • <br /> interest in serving as a resource for this project at no cost. <br /> TIMELINE: <br /> a) By March 15, 1985, the inkind contribution from the Commission for Women will <br /> be submitted in the 1984-85 Country budget proposal; <br /> b) Bg July 15, 1985, background research will be completed, some matertials will <br /> be collected; • <br /> • <br /> c) By flugust 15, 1985, the format will be finalized, a free location will be identified <br /> and initial press releases will be sent to local media; By September 1, 1985, guest <br /> speakers will he identified with letters of confirmation received, and appropriate <br /> film will be ordered; <br /> d) Bg September I5, 1985, the program will be finalized, a brochure or flyer with • <br /> sign-up information will be designed and submitted to the printer, and press <br /> releases featuring speakers and film will be sent to local media. In addition; <br /> brochures will be mailed or distributed to agencies having immediate contact with <br /> target population. <br /> e) Bg September 20, 1985, all materials, supplies, and equipment will be collected; <br /> selected materials will be duplicated. <br /> f) • <br /> Bg September 27, 1985, at least 40 people will have signed up to attend the <br /> workshop. <br /> • g) On October 5 or 12, 1985, the workshop will be held, • <br /> h) By November 1, 1985, a final report will be submitted to the North Carolina' <br /> Council on the Status of Women. <br /> • <br />
