The cost of upgrading the road for state takeover <br /> and maintenance at minimal standards is $16,000. 00. <br /> The Board's decision will be forwarded to the N.C. Board of <br /> Transporation for their deliberation on accepatance of the <br /> road to the State-maintained secondary road system. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : <br /> NCDOT recommends disapproval of the petition for addition <br /> due to the excessive cost relative to the number of homes to benefit: <br /> Sraff recommends that the Board not forward a recommendation for <br /> addition. <br />
