That the site plan be revised to show a second entrance on Homestead <br /> Road. <br /> 4, That the site plan be revised to show the reservation of additional <br /> right-of-way along the property frontage along Homestead Road to <br /> provide half of a 70 foot wide right-of-way. <br /> 5 That the site plan not include a public street within the interior <br /> of the property,. <br /> 6. That the site plan be revised to include a stub-out of the interior <br /> road to the western property line. <br /> 7. That roadways and parking areas within the site have curb and gutter. <br /> (Chapel Hill condition #3) <br /> 8. That a continuous sidewalk network be provided to connect the <br /> dwelling units, parking areas, and recreation facilities and that <br /> the internal sidewalk system be connected to sidewalks along <br /> Homestead Road, and N.C. 86 and that sidewalk connection to the <br /> public collector street suggested on the abutting property when <br /> vehicular access to that collector is constructed.
