Therefore, no recommendation on <br /> either project will be available for January 7, 1985. <br /> • <br /> i <br /> IMPACT: Continuation of the public hearing until February 4, 1985 will delay the - <br /> receipt of the Planning Board recommendations and. consideration of the <br /> proposals for approval by the Board of Commissioners. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): That the Board of Commissioners continue the public hearing <br /> on the Oakdale Park II and Occoneechee Point II projects until February <br /> 4, 1985 to allow the Planning Board time to consider the projects for <br /> recommendation to the Board of Commissioners. The nurnose of the February <br /> 4. 1985 nublic hearinn will be to receive the Planninn Board's recommendations. <br />
