Kirk <br /> responded that he had not received any comment regarding that <br /> from the Erosion Control Officer. <br /> Greenberg asked if the property floods. Pilkey responded once <br /> in 20 years. <br /> Shanklin asked if there was an erosion problem on the property. <br /> Perason responded that the front lots are in tended field. <br /> Walters inquired about Lot 2. Pearson indicated that there <br /> was a mobile home on both lots 1 and 2 and that the building <br /> on lot 4 is a barn. <br /> Pearson indicated that he thought a drainage easement was <br /> needed on the property. <br /> Pearson asked about the setback requirement for the corner lot. <br /> Collins responded that the ordinance specifies that the narrowest <br /> portion of the corner lot constitutes the front of the lot. <br /> Kirk clarified that the front of the property is adjacent to <br /> Palmers Grove Road. <br /> MOTION: Greenberg Moved approval subject to the Sedimentation and Erosion <br /> Control officer review and recommendation, regarding an easement. <br /> Pearson seconded the motion. <br /> Smith clarified that the Erosion Control Officer would specify <br /> a drainage easement, while the planning staff would determine <br /> compliance with the floodplain ordinance. <br /> VOTE: -Unanimous. <br /> AGENDA ITEM 4g.
