Woods. <br /> NEED: The property in question is located at the intersection of SR 1561 <br /> (Lawrence Road) and SR 1562 (Palmer 's Grove Road),/in. Eno Township. <br /> The property is referenced as aprt of lot_1_ 7 of_-Tax' Map 20. It <br /> is bordered by residential development and there is a mobile home park <br /> across the street (SR 1561) which is the remainder of Lot 17. The <br /> tract is deisgnated as Agricultural-Residential on the Land Use Plan. <br /> There are six (6) lots proposed out of a 10.11 acre tract. The lot <br /> sizes are 1. 67 acres, :92 acres,s 1.0 acres, 2.11 acres and 2 @ 1.94 <br /> acres excluding rights-of-way. The property is zoned A-R <br /> (Agricultural-Residential) . <br /> The tract is served by the Eno Rural Fire District; This district <br /> is served by the Eno Rural Fire-Department. Law enforcement is <br /> provided by the Orang County Sheriff's Department on a 24 hour basis. <br /> IMPACT: Development of this subdivision would have minimal impact on the <br /> area if developed in accordance with the Orange County Flood Damage <br /> Prevention Ordinance and the Sedimentation and Erosion Control <br /> Ordinance. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Planning Board recommends approval of the Preliminary <br /> Plan provided it meets those standards required by the Erosion <br /> Control Officer.
