Seconded by Pearson. <br /> VOTE; Unanimous. <br /> AGENDA ITEM #4i : NORTH DIXIE SECTION 2-PRELIMINARY <br /> The staff presentation was made by Kirk. <br /> The purpose of this agenda item is to consider approval of the <br /> Preliminary Plan for Section TWo North Dixie subdivision. <br /> The property is located in Hillsborough Township on Harper Street <br /> (SR 1395) ; It is known as part of lot 17 Block A, Tax Map 5. <br /> There are six (6) lots proposed out of approximately two <br /> acres. The average lot size is .25 acres. <br /> The property is zoned R-lO in the Town of Hillsborough jurisdiction. <br /> It will be served by Hillsborough water and sewer. <br /> The applicant is requesting a short cul-de-sac off Harper Street <br /> that will be public and constructed to State standards. <br /> The property is located in the Orange Rural Fire District which is <br /> served by the Orange Fire Department in Hillsborough. Police <br /> protection will be provided by the Orange County Sheriff's De- <br /> partment. The property surroudning this parcel in the Town's jur- <br /> isdiction is zoned R-l0 and institutional ; therefore, impact will <br /> be minimal on the area. <br /> Planning staff recommends approval . <br /> Kirk reviewed the attached letters regarding the project. <br /> Wilson inquired about the correct road name: Harper Street, t <br /> Larchwood or North Dixie Drive referenced in the letters and <br /> application materials. Kirk responded that the correct name <br /> was Harper Street. <br />
