Smith noted that the <br /> agenda cover sheet should read Preliminary rather than Final . <br /> The purpose of this agenda item is to consider approval of the <br /> Preliminary Plan for Occoneechee Point Section 1 and 2 for Wildwood <br /> Corporation of Hillsborough. <br /> The property in question is located in Hillsborough Township at the <br /> southwestern quadrant of the Interstae 85 and NC 86 interchange. <br /> It is known as Lot i+ on Map 45. There are 7 lots proposed (5 lots <br /> in Section 1 and 2. lots in Section 2) out of 18.73 acres. The lot . <br /> sizes 1.7, 5.15, 3.7, .92, .99, 2.53 and 3.74 respectively. <br /> Section 1 was approved as--a Planned Development- General Commercial <br /> IV (PD-GCS+) on November 5, 1984.
