HILL - 967-9251 <br /> MEBANE - 227-2031 <br /> DURHAM - 688-7331 <br /> PURPOSE: • <br /> To consider approval of the Preliminary Plan for Occoneechee Point Section <br /> One and Two for Wildwood Corporation of Hillsborough. <br /> To receive the Planning Board recommendation. . <br /> • <br /> NEED: The property in question is located in Hillsborough Township at the <br /> southwestern quadrant of the Interstate 85 and NC 86 Interchange., <br /> It is known as Lot 4 on Map 45. There are 7 lots proposed (5 lots in <br /> Section 1 and 2 lots In Section 2) out of 18.73 acres. The lot sizes <br /> are 1 .7, 5.15, 3.7, .92, .99, 2,.53 and 3.74 acres respectively. <br /> Section l was approved as a Planned Development- General Commercial IV <br /> (PD-GC4) on November 5, 1984. All lots are to be served by public <br /> water and sewer. Alexander Dickscn Road and Cheiftain Trail are to be public <br /> roads constructed to state standards and dedicated. The development of all the <br /> lots must be in compliance with the approved site plans and conditions <br /> attached to the special use permits. <br /> IMPACT: Subdivision of Occonnechee Point Sections One and Two would provide for the <br /> sale of individual tracts to be developed according to the site plans and <br /> Special Use Permits for both planned developments. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : The Planning Board considered this item on December 17, 1984 and <br /> recommends approval . <br />
