That the NC 86 roadway be Improved along the site's frontage to - <br /> half a 65-foot-wide cross-section (which includes 4 travel lanes <br /> and 1 turning lane) with curb and gutter and sidewalk measured <br /> from the centerline of the existing roadway, and 'that additional - ' <br /> right--of-way be dedicated to provide half of a. 100-foot.-wide,. <br /> right-of-way. <br /> 6. That a continuous sidewalk network be provided to connect the <br /> dwelling units,. parking areas, and recreation facilities and that <br /> the internal sidewalk system be connected to sidewalks along ' <br /> Homestead Road, and N.C. 36 and that a sidewalk connection to the <br /> public collector street suggested on the abutting property when <br /> vehicular access to that collector is constructed. <br /> 7. That a bus stop with a concrete pad and bench to Town standards <br /> be provided adjacent to the recommended connection between the <br /> internal sidewalk system and the sidewalk along N.C. 86. <br /> 8.
