The following <br />items are proposed for consideration at the April 26, 2007Joint Planning Area Public Hearing. <br />1. Homestead Twin Towns -Chapel Hill Joint Planning Transition Area Zoning Atlas <br />Amendment <br />Purpose: To hear public comment on a proposed rezoning of 21.5 acres of property at the <br />southwest corner- of Homestead Road and Seawell School Road from Residential-2 to <br />Residential-4 Conditional. The rezoning request is to accommodate the construction of 72 <br />residential dwelling units.
