Populated areas such as the cities and villages are known to have broadband service <br /> and a choice of providers. The north and west areas of the County have been discussed as having <br /> broadband availability issues and will be given additional consideration. <br /> E[[vvi|| conduct an Outside Plant windshield field study to gather the following relevant information: <br /> • ncumbent telephone fiber <br /> • Cable TVfiber <br /> • Other fiber—CL[Cs, I<-12 Schools, healthcare etc. <br /> • Vertical assets such as wireless and water towers <br /> Task 2 Mapping Data in GIS Format <br /> The inventory will consist of compiling maps and databases with the fiber routing and other information <br /> of the types shown above, which will be placed into US format. Un addition to the telecommunications <br /> attributes created, the following US mapping layers will be supplied by the County US department for <br /> proper visual presentation. This information is required from the County at the time of the contract <br /> execution. <br /> • City, town, and village boundaries <br /> • Census blocks <br /> • Major railroad <br /> • Airports <br /> • Highways <br /> • Arterials <br /> • Secondary roadways <br /> • Waterways <br /> Once completed E[[vvi|| provide the County with the inventory mapping information.
