But, if the thing is based on square <br /> 70 footage it seems like that's a cumbersome method of doing it and if you wanted to streamline the process you would <br /> 71 make it based on square acres or land or something. <br /> 72 <br /> 73 Craig Benedict:We've considered the square footage versus acreage and some projects could use up a lot more <br /> 74 acreage by not keeping it to square footage so we don't want a lot of our economic development zones to have too <br /> 75 much residential so the square footage is a value.
