17 <br />V. Evaluation of Responses <br />Each response will be assessed as to how well it meets the requirements of <br />this RFQ and the qualifications and experiences listed in Section IV. <br />VI. Contract Terms and Conditions <br />Orange County will prepare a contract with the selected Respondent. The <br />County will use its standard contract terms and conditions. Although the <br />contract will be with Orange County, the client representation will include the <br />Project Management Team and a possible work group of the BOCC. <br />17 <br />
